Kemahiran Pemulihan Akhlak Pelaksana Pemulihan Akhlak Juvana di Malaysia

Abstract


Kemahiran pemulihan akhlak pelaksana yang terlibat dalam program pemulihan akhlak adalah sangat penting dalam mengendalikan pelatih juvana tersebut. Namun demikian, didapati kebanyakan pelaksana dan pekerja kes juvana dilihat kurang memiliki pengetahuan dan kemahiran dalam pemulihan akhlak juvana. Artikel ini akan membincangkan kemahiran pelaksana pemulihan akhlak juvana. Reka bentuk kajian ini adalah kaedah campuran iaitu Reka bentuk Penjelasan Berturutan. Kajian ini dilakukan di pusat pemulihan akhlak di Semenanjung Malaysia. Sampel kajian terdiri daripada pelaksana dan pelatih juvana. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengedarkan soal selidik dan sesi temu bual. Analisis data kajian dilakukan menggunakan perisian SPSS dan kaedah tematik. Kajian menunjukkan bahawa tahap kemahiran pelaksana adalah pada tahap sederhana (Min=3.80, SP= 0.38). Temu bual bersama informan pelaksana menunjukkan mereka memerlukan input-input tentang kemahiran pemulihan akhlak secara berterusan. Informan pelatih pula berpendapat kebanyakan pelaksana kurang mahir dari aspek komunikasi dan penyelesaian masalah. Oleh itu, pelaksana pemulihan akhlak sewajarnya diberi latihan kemahiran pemulihan akhlak yang berterusan dan berperingkat. Dapatan kajian memberi implikasi terhadap keperluan kumpulan berkepentingan program dalam meningkatkan kecekapan dan keberkesanan program pemulihan akhlak juvana di Malaysia.
