Kesan Modal Psikologi dan Sokongan Organisasi terhadap Prestasi Kerja dalam Kalangan Pekerja Industri (The Effect of Psychological Capital and Organizational Support on Work Performance Among Industrial Workers)

Abstract


Modal psikologi merupakan suatu keupayaan psikologi yang dimiliki oleh individu dan kajian lepas mendapati ia mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan komitmen organisasi dan prestasi kerja. Di samping itu, peranan sokongan organisasi sebagai faktor persekitaran kerja juga adalah penting dalam meningkatkan prestasi kerja. Namun dalam konteks di Malaysia, masih kurang kajian mengenai kesan modal psikologi dan sokongan organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja. Oleh itu, objektif kajian ini ialah untuk mengenalpasti hubungan dan menilai kesan modal psikologi dan sokongan organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja. Sampel kajian terdiri daripada pekerja industri daripada sebuah syarikat multinasional yang terletak dalam kawasan perindustrian di Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia. Borang soal selidik telah digunakan untuk untuk mengumpulkan data kajian. Data kajian dianalisis menerusi ujian korelasi pearson dan analisis regresi dengan menggunakan perisian SPSS versi 23. Keputusan ujian korelasi pearson menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara modal psikologi dan sokongan organisasi dengan prestasi kerja. Seterusnya, keputusan analisis regresi menunjukkan modal psikologi dan sokongan organisasi mempunyai kesan dan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Akhir sekali, kajian ini membincangkan implikasi kepada pihak pengurusan sumber manusia dalam menguruskan dan membangunkan sumber manusia dalam organisasi.
