Faktor yang Menerangkan Kelakuan Pusingganti di Kalangan Pengurus Bank

ABSTRAK

Kajian ini telah menguji hubungan di antara variabel-variabel organisasi dan kerja dengan hasrat keluar organisasi. Empat pUluh empat set soal-selidik telah diterima daripada 140 yang telah dihantar kepada pengurus-pengurus bank di seluruh Malaysia. Keputusan daripada regresi berbilang menunjukkan yang kepuasan terhadap gaji dan imbuhan kewangan yang lain, kepuasan terhadap hubungan di antara pekerja dengan penyelia, peluang kerja luar, dan komunikasi instrumental mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan hasrat keluar organisasi. Variabel-variabel penentu ini telah menyumbangkan lebih kurang 48% daripada varians yang telah dihuraikan di dalam hasrat keluar organisasi.

ABSTRACT

This study examines the relationships between organisational and work related variables and employees' intentiOn to leave an -organisatiOn. Forty-six usable questionnaires were received out of 140 sent out to randopily selected bank managers throughout Malaysia. The results of the muiltiple regression analyses indicated that satisfaction with pay and olher monetary benefitS, satisfaction with the employee-supervisor relationships, external job opportUnitieS, and instrumental commumcatiOn are significantly related with the intentiOn-to-leave among the bank managers who participated in the study. These indicator variables contributed about 48% of the variance explained in the intention-to-leave reported by the respondents.
