Keberkesanan Kaedah Pengambilan yang digunakan oleh Firma Terpilih di Sektor Pembuatan

The purpose of this survey is to study the effectiveness of recruitment methods used by selected firms in the manufacturmg sector in Malaysia. Specifically, this study is interested in looking at the extent the recruitment methods used by these firms are viewed as effective in recruiting stable and quality workers. A similar study was conducted by Richard and Stubbfieldfrom the University of Utah and they made a number of interesting observations. Another purpose of this study is to look at what extent those observations made by Richardson and Stubbfield is also present in the recrittment practices of selected firms in Malaysia.


Tinjauan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keberkesanan kaedah-kaedah pengambilan pekerja yang digunakan oleh firma-firma terpilih di sektor pembuatan di Malaysia. Secara khusus, kajian ini ingin melihat sejauh manakah kaedah-kaedah yang digunakan berkesan dalam mendapatkan pekerja yang stabil dan mempunyai kualiti yang diinginkan oleh firma-firma. Sebuah kajian seperti ini telah dilakukan oleh Richardson dan Stubbfield dan University of Utah dan mereka telah membuat beberapa pemerhatian yang menarik.
