Penentu Prestasi PKS dalam Industri Herba Halal: Cadangan Rangka Kerja Teori

Abstract


Masyarakat Melayu-Bumiputera memegang peranan penting sebagai populasi penduduk terbesar di Malaysia, khususnya dalam sektor perusahaan tradisional. Dalam usaha untuk memperluaskan pengaruh ke peringkat antarabangsa, setiap perniagaan dalam komuniti ini perlu memiliki kemampuan untuk menguruskan segala aspek rantaian bekalan mereka. Untuk mencapai matlamat ini, pihak kerajaan telah melaksanakan pelbagai program dan pakej ekonomi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengurusan rantaian bekalan industri. Langkah-langkah ini tidak hanya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing perniagaan tempatan di pasaran antarabangsa, tetapi juga untuk mengukuhkan peranan masyarakat Melayu-Bumiputera Islam dalam arena ekonomi global. Malangnya, wabak COVID-19 yang melanda dunia baru-baru ini dan peperangan di antara Rusia dan Ukraine, serta diikuti oleh perubahan kepimpinan politik negara, telah mengganggu pembangunan ekonomi negara termasuklah pakej ekonomi ini. Bagi meningkatkan proses pengantarabangsaan dan prestasi ekonomi Melayu-Bumiputera dalam industri Perusahaan Kecil dan Sederhana (PKS), kerajaan masa kini mestilah memperkenalkan pelan rancangan atau pakej bantuan ekonomi baharu yang mampu merangsang ekonomi dan menyelesaikan isu yang timbul dalam persekitaran pasca-pandemik. Berdasarkan teori Pandangan Berasaskan Sumber (RBV), perbahasan dalam makalah ini menghubung kait pakej rangsangan ekonomi, pengurusan rantaian bekalan, pengantarabangsaan, prestasi ekonomi dalam industri PKS herba halal Melayu-Bumiputera. Rangka kerja ini mencadangkan agar tindakan segera perlu diambil untuk memperkenalkan langkah intervensi baharu bagi membantu industri ini kembali pulih pasca pandemik COVID-19. Ia dapat digunakan dalam penyelidikan akan datang bagi menilai kesan pelbagai bantuan kerajaan terhadap pengantarabangsaan dan prestasi industri herba halal Melayu-Bumiputera dalam era pasca-pandemik.Socia
