Abstract

The population of this study was 264 teachers from three primary schools with the status “high performing School” in WP Putrajaya where the sample of this study is about 160 teachers. Data collected was analyzed using descriptive statistics involving mean values, frequencies and percentages and inferential statistics involving one-way ANOVA test that uses software Statistic Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 22. The study found the overall mean value is high level, namely the implementation of in-service training (mean = 4.13). The study also shows that there are significant differences teaching experience and frequency of attending training on the implementation of in-service training. The implications of this study are in terms of the need to be carried out in advance of training needs analysis of teachers before an in-service training carried out on them to ensure that the training is effective in increasing the performance of teachers.
