Analisis Retorik Surah Yusuf: Prinsip Komunikasi Kepimpinan Nabi Yusuf untuk Aplikasi Masa Kini
Abstract
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis retorik komunikasi kepimpinan Nabi Yusuf A.S. berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip ethos, pathos dan logos seperti yang digariskan dalam teori retorik Aristotle. Melalui pendekatan analisis kandungan teks, kajian ini meneliti bagaimana komunikasi Nabi Yusuf yang digambarkan dalam Surah Yusuf dapat diterapkan dalam konteks kepimpinan moden. Kajian ini mendapati bahawa Nabi Yusuf menggunakan prinsip ethos melalui kredibiliti yang tinggi, ditunjukkan melalui kejujuran, integriti dan sikap amanah yang menjadikan baginda dihormati dan dipercayai oleh masyarakat Mesir. Prinsip pathos pula diterapkan melalui pendekatan empati, kawalan emosi dan keupayaan untuk memaafkan saudara-saudaranya, yang berjaya menyatukan keluarganya dan memperkukuh hubungan interpersonal. Sementara itu, prinsip logos dapat dilihat melalui kebijaksanaan Nabi Yusuf dalam mentafsir mimpi raja Mesir, merangka strategi pengurusan ekonomi yang berkesan dan memastikan keadilan ditegakkan melalui keputusan yang berlandaskan logik dan bukti kukuh. Penemuan ini membuktikan bahawa keseimbangan antara ethos, pathos dan logos dalam komunikasi kepimpinan memainkan peranan penting dalam membina kepercayaan, menyelesaikan konflik dan meningkatkan keberkesanan organisasi. Kajian ini turut menegaskan bahawa prinsip komunikasi Nabi Yusuf relevan untuk diaplikasikan oleh pemimpin moden bagi menghadapi cabaran komunikasi dan pengurusan yang semakin kompleks. Hasil kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan penting dalam memperkayakan teori kepimpinan Islam serta memberi panduan praktikal kepada pemimpin di pelbagai peringkat organisasi.
