Jema'at Ahmadiyah (Ahmadyyah Muslim Comunity) dikenali sebagai satu kumpulan sesat, kerana dianngap menyeleweng daripada akidah islam sebenar, khususnyadalam permasalahan konsep kenabian. Walau bagaimanapun ramai yang tidak mengetahui kedudukan Mirza Ghulam Ahmad dalam tafsir Ahmadiyah sebagai punca penyelewengan tersebut terus berkelanjutan. Oleh kerana itu, makalah ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis buku tafsir The Holy Quran Arabic Text With English Translation & Short Commentary karya Mirza Bashiruddin mahmud Ahmad. Makalah ini menggunakan metodologi analissi kandungan iaitu tertumpu kepada karya tafsir di atas dan karya ulama Islam yang lain bagi proses analisis. Didapatibahawa buku tafsir tersebut memiliki kelemahan daripada sudut metodologidan kandungan. Bashirudintidak mengikutikaedah pentafsiran yang betul, sehingga berlaku pentafsiran yang salah. Dari sudut kandungan banyak berlakupenyelewengan, akibat pemujaanyang melampau terhadap pengasas Jema'at Ahmadiyah.

ABSTRACT

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is a group that has deviated from the creed ot the true Islamic faith, particularly in regards to the matter of the prophecy of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad. However, many do not know the position of Mirza GhulamAhmad in the Ahmadiyya Commentaries and this is ignorrance allows the abuses to continue. Therefore, the article based on research aims to analyses the commentaries ot the text 'The Holy Quran Arabic Text With Translation & Short Commentary" by Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmood Ahmad. This paper uses the methodology of content analysis, the study focused on the above commentaries and the works of other Islamic scholars for analysis process. It was found that the commentaries has weakness in term of methodology and content.Bashiruddin did not follow the proper methods of interpretation, such as that the interpretation was wrong. From the content point of many irregularities, due to the extreme glorification ot the founder of Ahmadyya Muslim Community.
