PERNIAGAAN MUHAMMAD SAW ERA SETELAH KENABIAN: SEBUAH TAMADUN BAHARU (Muhammad (Pbuh) Commerce After Prophethood: A New Civilization)
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Perniagaan Nabi Muhammad SAW berlaku sebelum beliau dilantik menjadi Nabi, adapun setelah menerima wahyu (al-Quran) Baginda tidak lagi memiliki kesempatan untuk melakukan aktiviti perniagaan. Sebagai seorang nabi dan juga bekas peniaga berjaya, Muhammad SAW sentiasa menyokong serta mengajarkan cara berniaga yang baik sesuai syariah kepada para sahabat. Perniagaan yang dijalankan sesuai dengan arahan Baginda telah membawa para sahabat dan juga umat Islam ketika itu ke arah kejayaan perniagaan, malahan tidak hanya membawa keuntungan bagi peniaga sahaja tetapi juga terbukti membawa umat Islam kepada suatu perekonomian yang maju (economic civil society). Apakah sebenarnya yang diajarkan oleh Muhammad SAW sehingga menyebabkan umat Islam memperoleh kejayaan dalam perniagaan dan juga kemajuan ekonomi ketika itu? Di atas maksud tersebut kajian kualitatif ini dijalankan dan untuk memperoleh hasil kajian yang signifikan maka kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kepustakaan, pensejarahan dan kaedah tafsir. Hasil kajian merumuskan bahawa Baginda mengajarkan perniagaan sesuai dengan al-Quran dan al-Hadis. Antara asas-asas perniagaan berasaskan al-Quran dan al-Hadis ialah asas tauhid, asas kejujuran, asas keadilan sosial, asas kebebasan, asas tanggungjawab, asas keseimbangan, asas kebenaran dan asas tolong-menolong. Prinsip-prinsip asas perniagaan sedemikian sebenarnya sesuai untuk diamalkan oleh peniaga Islam kontemporeri bagi menonjolkan nilai-nilai Islam dalam perniagaan masa kini.
ABSTRACT
Muhammad (PBUH) was develop a business before the prophecy, while after revelation he was no longer conducts a business activities. But, as a prophet and the former of success pioneer of business He guides all of business doing by Sahabah with based on syariah pillars (al-Quran and al-Hadith). This guide has brought the successfully of business not only among Muslim community but also produce another benefit in the building of common economic community. What has been taught by Muhammad PBUH, causing Muslims gained commercial success and economic progress when it?, Thus, this qualitative research by using a literature, historical and exegesis approach find out the principles of business based on sharia. The results of the study stated that the principles of Islamic Business should be based on tawhid, honesty, social justice, freedom, responsibility, balance, truth and the mutual help. These principles are accordance to solve the problem of contemporary business. Muslim community also could realize these principles in the daily of life in order to highlight the principle of sharia business.
